The Fox and the Hare

The Fox and the Hare

The Fox came to the wise Hare,
And asked him,
"Can a creature be too wise?",
And the Hare scratched his chin
Contemplating the question
Before he began;
He stood as a wise wizard,
Or some would say, sage,
And said,
"If a creature thinks he is wise,
Then he is too wise."
Satisfied the Fox walked away
For he knew he was not wise;
And the wise Hare measured
The weight of the question,
He sat and stared
Thinking of his situation.
