The Sane are Insane

Don’t ask why
Don’t care if you die
Just buy and sell and live for today,
Don’t take time to contemplate
Don’t seek to know your fate
Just do as you’re told, follow and obey,
Don’t seek truth out
Don’t let your mind be filled with doubt
Just drink some more pissing your money away,
To do so is to follow the status quo
And to do so is to make sanity your foe;
It’s good to reason and think
It’s good to ask why
It’s good to think of death before you die,
For this is the way of the sane
The way of those who seek and find
Seek truth while today is called today
Know why it is you do what you do
Find satisfaction in the Creator
Don’t think he made you for a debater,
Humble yourself with praise
Find freedom through discipline
Learn to submit and be changed
Learn to depend and to defend
For this is the way of the sane
Don’t let the masses tell you otherwise
For they are mindlessly insane.
